Selection Process - IIT Kanpur Recruitment Examination
- Group A Posts (Pay Level 10 and above, except Medical Officer): Written Test and/or Seminar/Presentation before an expert panel, followed by Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Medical Officer (Sl. No. 8): Interview only.
- Group B and C Posts (Sl. No. 9 to 12): Written Test followed by Skill Test / Job-Oriented Practical Test (JOPT).
Important: The medium of all assessments will be English only. Admission to any stage of the selection process is purely provisional. In case of a tie, the older candidate will be given preference. No TA/DA will be paid for written/skill tests. However, travel reimbursement is available for Group A candidates called for interview, as per the norms mentioned in the notification.
