The UPSESSC will conduct the UP TGT 2022 written examination on 3 June 2026 and 4 June 2026. The exam will be held in two shifts every day:

• First Shift: 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM
• Second Shift: 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM

The exam will be organized at 614 proposed exam centres located across 36 districts of Uttar Pradesh. More than 8.68 lakh candidates will appear in this recruitment exam for 3,539 TGT posts.

UP TGT 2022 Admit Card – Important Information

• This is a Written Examination, not a Computer Based Test (CBT).
• There is no separate hall ticket (Pravesh Patra) at this stage — only exam city intimation is released first.
• The official Admit Card / Pravesh Patra can be downloaded from 30 May 2026 onwards.
• Candidates must visit the UPSESSC website and use the link available on the homepage to download their admit card.
• No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without a valid admit card. Carry it to the exam centre.

How to Download UP TGT 2022 Exam City Intimation Slip

1. Visit the official UPSESSC website at upessc.up.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, look for the link related to 'TGT 2022 Exam City Intimation' or 'Advance City Notice'.
3. Click on the link. You will be redirected to the candidate login page.
4. Enter your registration number and date of birth or other required credentials to log in.
5. Your exam city (district) details will appear on the screen. Note down the exam centre district and shift.
6. Download and save the city intimation slip for future reference.
7. From 30 May 2026, visit the same website to download your official UP TGT 2022 Admit Card (Hall Ticket). You must carry a valid admit card to enter the exam hall.
