  • B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA); OR
  • M.Sc. or equivalent in Physics / Electronics / Applied Electronics with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized institution.

Technical Officer (TO-2) - Computer Science

  • B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA); OR
  • MCA (including Integrated MCA) with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized institution.

Technician (1) - All Trade Posts (TECH-1 to TECH-4)

  • SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects with minimum 55% marks AND ITI certificate / National/State trade certificate in the relevant trade; OR
  • SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects (55% marks) AND 2 years full-time apprentice training in the relevant trade; OR

Selection Process

The selection process for both posts involves three stages:

  • Stage 1 - Application Screening: Applications are screened by a duly constituted Screening Committee. Shortlisted candidates are called for Trade Test.
