Important Notes on Qualification:

  • The qualification result must have been declared on or before 05.05.2026. The certificate must be valid as on 05.05.2026.

Selection Process – PNB SO Recruitment 2026

The selection will be based on one of the following two scenarios, depending on the number of applications received against each post:

Scenario 1 – Online Written Test Followed by Personal Interview

This applies when a large number of applications are received. Candidates who qualify Part I of the written test will be evaluated in Part II (Professional Knowledge). Shortlisted candidates based on Part II merit will be called for Personal Interview of 50 marks. Final selection will be based on aggregate marks in Professional Knowledge and Interview.

Scenario 2 – Shortlisting of Applications Followed by Personal Interview Only

This applies when few applications are received. Eligible candidates based on documents submitted will be directly called for Personal Interview of 50 marks. Final selection is based on interview performance and merit.

Note: Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks in the Personal Interview to be considered for final selection. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank. Candidates obtaining minimum qualifying marks will be provisionally selected based on aggregate merit.

General Rules and Instructions
