Educational Qualification
- DTE (Diploma Trainee Electrical): Full-time regular 3-year Diploma in Electrical / Electrical (Power) / Electrical and Electronics / Power Systems / Power Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized Technical Board/Institute. Minimum 70% for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS; pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD. B.Tech/BE/M.Tech holders are not eligible.
- DTC (Diploma Trainee Civil): Full-time regular 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Technical Board/Institute. Minimum 70% for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS; pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD. B.Tech/BE/M.Tech holders are not eligible.
- DTS (Diploma Trainee Survey): Full-time regular 3-year Diploma in Survey Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering (with Survey as a subject) from a recognized institution. Minimum 70% marks. B.E./B.Tech holders not eligible.
- JOT (HR): Three-year full-time regular Bachelor's degree – BBA / BBM / BBS or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University. Minimum 60% for General/EWS/OBC(NCL). Postgraduate degree/diploma holders are not eligible.
- JOT (F&A): Inter CA or Inter CMA. Candidates with CA/CMA/Postgraduate degree are not eligible.
- JTT (Survey): Full-time regular 2-year ITI (Surveyor) from a recognized Technical Board/Institute approved by NCVET/SCVT. Diploma/B.Tech holders are not eligible.
Final year/semester students expecting results by 15 July 2026 may apply provisionally. Marks will not be rounded off for eligibility determination.

Pay Scale & Training Details
- DTE / DTC / DTS / JOT (HR) / JOT (F&A) – During Training: Basic Pay Rs. 24,000/- per month in pay scale Rs. 24000-3%-108000/- (IDA) at S0 level, plus IDA, HRA, and Perks @ 12%.
- After Training Completion: Absorbed as Junior Engineer Gr-IV / Junior Officer Gr-IV at S1 level. Pay scale: Rs. 25000-3%-117500/- (IDA). Annual CTC approx. Rs. 12.7 Lakhs.
- JTT (Survey) – During Training: Basic Pay Rs. 21,000/- per month in pay scale Rs. 21000-3%-72000/- (IDA) at W2 level.
- After Training Completion: Absorbed as Junior Technician at W3 level. Pay scale: Rs. 21500-3%-74000/- (IDA). Annual CTC approx. Rs. 10.9 Lakhs.

In case of a tie in marks, candidates will be ranked by date of birth — the eldest candidate ranks higher.
