Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed the relevant ITI trade course from a government-recognized industrial training institute.
• Each trade requires the specific ITI pass certificate as listed below:
  • COPA: ITI Pass in COPA trade
  • Electrician: ITI Pass in Electrician trade
  • Wireman: ITI Pass in Wireman trade
  • DTPO: ITI Pass in Desktop Operating trade
  • Plumber: ITI Pass in Plumber trade
  • RACT: ITI Pass in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician trade
  • POCM: ITI Pass in Pump Operator cum Mechanic trade
  • Surveyor: ITI Pass in Surveyor trade
  • Draughtsman Civil: ITI Pass in Draughtsman Civil trade
  • MMV: ITI Pass in Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade

Age Limit

• Age limit is as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 norms.

Other Conditions

• Candidates must complete 100% profile update on the NAPS Portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and upload all required documents before registration.
• Bank-Aadhaar seeding is mandatory. Aadhaar must be linked to the bank account and DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) must be enabled.
• This apprenticeship is purely temporary for one year only. No right to permanent employment is created by this appointment.
• Candidates must submit a written undertaking that they will not claim permanent employment after the training period ends.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on merit and reservation category as per PCMC norms.
• Document verification will be conducted at the Industrial Training Department, Morwadi, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation from 27 April 2026 to 8 May 2026 (excluding Sundays), during office hours.
