Educational Qualification

• DGM – RE / Asst. Manager – RE: Graduate in Engineering (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical, Instrumentation & Control / Civil / Mechanical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics & Communication) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or Institution.
• DGM – Finance / Asst. Manager – Finance: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) qualified from an institute recognized by the appropriate statutory authority in India.

Experience Profile

• DGM (E-6 Grade – RE & Finance): Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, out of which at least 10 years must be in Renewable Energy (Solar and/or Wind and/or BESS). For Finance posts, this experience must be in Finance/Accounts in the RE sector.
• Assistant Manager (E-2 Grade – RE & Finance): Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Renewable Energy (Solar and/or Wind and/or BESS). For Finance posts, experience must be in Finance/Accounts in the RE field.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with RE Developer companies.

Age Limit

• Deputy General Manager (E-6): Upper age limit – 44 years
• Assistant Manager (E-2): Upper age limit – 30 years
• Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. guidelines.
• Age is calculated as on the last date of receipt of online application.

Special Conditions for Govt/PSU Candidates

• Candidates from Govt/PSU must have a minimum 2 years' experience in the prescribed pay scale (E-5 or above for E-6 Grade; E-1 or above for E-2 Grade).
• An NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the current employer is mandatory.
