Type and Tenure of Engagement

Remuneration (Consultancy Fee)

  • Remuneration is in the form of consultancy fees and must be approved by the Competent Authority.
  • The consultancy fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes. No other facility or allowance will be paid separately.
  • Annual enhancement of 5% will be allowed in the consultancy fee.
  • Income tax and applicable taxes will be deducted at source. NHIDCL will issue TDS certificates.
  • Individual consultants will be liable to pay Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable.

Selection Process

  • Selection will be based on an internally constituted Screening Committee and Selection Committee.
  • The evaluation criteria will be decided by the above committees and may include:

    • Group Discussion
  • All engagements are subject to successful completion of a Background Verification (BGV) process, which may include verification of identity, address, educational qualifications, professional background, and character antecedents.

Induction

All hired professionals must undergo an Induction Module of 3 days as part of the onboarding process after joining NHIDCL.

Payment Terms

  • Monthly remuneration will be paid within 7 days after completion of the month, subject to periodic completion of work certified by the Controlling Officer.
  • NHIDCL will not take any liability for taxes or other contributions payable by the Associates on payments made under the consultancy contract.
