The application fee for NEET PG 2026 must be paid online through UPI, credit card, debit card or other modes available on the payment gateway. Fee once paid is not refunded or carried forward under any circumstance.

NEET PG 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates who fulfil the following eligibility criteria can appear in NEET PG 2026.
Eligibility Criteria For Indian Medical Graduates
- Must hold an MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognised under the NMC Act, 2019 and the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023.
- Must hold a Permanent or Provisional registration certificate issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC), the erstwhile Medical Council of India (MCI), or a State Medical Council.
- Must have completed one year of compulsory rotating internship, or be likely to complete it on or before 30 September 2026.
Candidates whose mandatory internship completes after 30 September 2026, or whose qualification is not recognised under the NMC Act, 2019 and the repealed IMC Act, 1956, will have their application rejected without further consideration.

Follow these steps carefully to complete the NEET PG 2026 online form registration process without errors.
- Visit the official NBEMS website and create a new user profile to generate a User ID and password.
- Enter your name, email ID, Aadhaar number, mobile number and nationality carefully, as these details cannot be changed later.
- Log in to the applicant login using the User ID and password created during registration.
- Fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk in the online application form with accurate personal, academic and address details.
- Upload the required documents, including photograph, signature and thumb impression, as per the specified format.
- Select your preferred Test State options, keeping in mind that one preference must match your correspondence address.
- Pay the applicable examination fee through the available online payment gateway using UPI, credit card or debit card.
- Verify that the payment status shows as successful, and download or take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
