Emoluments and Other Benefits
- All posts carry IDA Pay Scales as specified against each post.
- Most posts after induction: T0 grade (Rs. 29,500-3%-70,000/-) per month with all emoluments applicable to regular employees.
- Jr. Foreman posts: S0 grade (Rs. 36,500-3%-1,15,000/-) per month.
- SUPT(JOT) during 12-month training: Stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month.
- After induction as Junior Operative Trainee (JOT) for 18 months: Rs. 15,000/- (first 12 months) and Rs. 15,500/- (remaining 18 months).
