DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances will be paid as per the bank's rules in force from time to time. Specialist Officers recruited laterally into MMGS II and III are also eligible for conveyance expenses, newspaper cost, telephone expenses, residential furniture, and bank-owned or leased accommodation during probation itself.
Selection Process
Selection is made through an Online Examination followed by a Personal Interview. Merely meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the examination or interview; the bank may screen and shortlist candidates based on qualification, experience and profile against job requirements.
Minimum qualifying marks in the Online Examination are 30 percent for reserved category candidates and 35 percent for unreserved candidates. There is no minimum qualifying mark for the English Language and General Awareness sections. In the Interview, out of a maximum of 100 marks, the qualifying marks are 50 percent for unreserved candidates and 45 percent for reserved candidates. The final merit list is prepared with 80 percent weightage to the Online Examination and 20 percent weightage to the Interview.

General Rules
Candidates selected for JMGS I posts will be required to execute a Financial Service Indemnity Bond of Rs. 2,00,000, and those selected for MMGS II and III posts a bond of Rs. 2,50,000, each requiring a minimum of 3 years of active service. Probation is 6 months for the Generalist Officer (Branch Management) post, 2 years for the Security Officer (JMGS I) post, and 1 year for all other posts.
Reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities is on a horizontal basis across categories, and candidates using a scribe or requiring compensatory time during the examination should indicate this in the online application itself.
