Pay Scale and CTC – HCL Executive Recruitment 2026
In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates are entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Perks and Allowances, UG Allowance, NPS Employer Contribution, PF Contribution, and NPA (for Medical cadre only). Selection Process – HCL Executive Recruitment 2026
The selection for all Executive posts in HCL is entirely based on Personal Interview (PI) with 100% weightage. There is no written examination.
- Candidates are shortlisted for PI in a ratio of 1:5 (5 candidates per vacancy).
- For a single vacancy, 10 candidates will be shortlisted.
- Shortlisting Criteria (if applications exceed ratio):
- 1 mark for each completed year of relevant experience beyond the minimum.
- 1 mark (max 2) for each additional higher qualification in the relevant discipline.
- In case of a tie, preference is given to the candidate from the higher-turnover company.
- HCL reserves the right to shortlist more candidates than the prescribed ratio if needed.
Service Bond
- Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs. 3 Lakhs at the time of joining.
- Candidates must serve HCL for a minimum of 3 years from the date of joining.
- Failure to complete the minimum service period will result in recovery of the bond amount.
