Educational Qualification

• Working knowledge of Unix/Open Source Software/Windows NT is required.
• At least second class bachelor degree from a recognized university in Computer Science or a related subject.
• OR Second class bachelor degree from any recognized university with PGDCA from any recognized university.
• OR Second class bachelor degree from a recognized university with 'O' Level course from DOE.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of Operating Systems and Office application suites.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English typing. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the typewriting examination in Hindi and English from any recognized board.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 01.01.2026)
• Bonafide residents of Chhattisgarh: Maximum age is 40 years.

Selection Process

• The selection process consists of two phases: Phase-I Written Test and Phase-II Skill Test.
• Phase-I Written Test: 100 Multiple Choice Questions, Maximum 100 marks. This is a screening test only.
• Candidates will be called for Phase-II Skill Test in the ratio of 1:15 based on marks in Phase-I.
• Phase-II Skill Test: Hindi and English Typing Test, Maximum 50 marks.
• There is no negative marking in Phase-I.
• The Merit List will be prepared only on the basis of Phase-II Skill Test marks. Phase-I marks will NOT be counted in the merit list.
• After the merit list is received from Vyapam, document verification will be conducted at High Court, Bilaspur.

Examination Structure
