Educational Qualification

• Candidates must be a full-time Graduate from any recognized University.
• Eligibility is reckoned as on 30 April 2026.
• Candidates with CGPA/OGPA/DGPA must convert their score to percentage as per University norms and produce an equivalence certificate at the time of document verification.

Training and Certification Conditions

• Selected ILBS Screeners (Fresher) will initially be on probation and must undergo training to pass the AVSEC, Screener, and DGR Certificate examinations.
• On successful acquisition of all requisite certificates, the candidate will be placed as an ILBS Certified Screener and paid remuneration as per CHIAL norms.
• Two attempts are permitted for training and examination. The first attempt cost will be borne by CHIAL. If a second attempt is needed, the training cost must be borne by the candidate.
• If a candidate fails to clear the required examination even after two attempts, services may be terminated.
• Selected candidates are required to furnish a security bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh). This bond will be released only after successful completion of the full fixed-term contract.

Selection Process

• Applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
• Interview will be conducted In Person or via Video Conference (VC) mode.
• The interview date and time will be communicated only to shortlisted candidates via their registered email ID.
• Selection will be done by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority of CHIAL.
• Shortlisted candidates must carry original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of document verification and interview.
• Selected candidates will also be required to undergo a Pre-Engagement Medical Examination, the cost of which must be borne by the candidate.
• Candidates must furnish a Police Verification Certificate or a copy of a valid Passport (not more than 5 years old) at the time of joining.
