Educational Qualification

• Candidates must hold a 3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience Required

• Candidates must be Ex-Servicemen from the Indian Air Force (IAF) holding the rank of Junior Warrant Officer (JWO) or above.

Tenure Details

• The total tenure of engagement will be for a period of 15 years or up to superannuation (60 years of age), whichever is earlier.

Selection Process

• Stage 1 – Written Test: All eligible applicants will be called for a written test. If the number of eligible applicants is large, the number of candidates to be called will be restricted based on academic excellence, experience, and other criteria.
• Stage 2 – Interview: Only candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:7 (as per the vacancy in each category).
