Eligibility Criteria

The mandatory educational qualification and post-qualification work experience differ for each of the 22 posts.   • Digital Banking Posts: B.E./B.Tech in relevant streams (IT, Computer Science, Electronics) or MCA, with 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in digital products or IT in a bank, BFSI, fintech or card network, depending on the post.
  • Facility Management Posts (Civil/Electrical Engineer): BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Civil or Electrical Engineering, with 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in construction, execution or monitoring of civil or electrical works, depending on the grade.
  • Information Security Posts: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech, along with mandatory certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNA/CISA or CISSP/CISM/CISA, plus 3 to 6 years of relevant IT or information security experience.
  • Manager - Security: Graduation in any discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service as an officer in the Army/Navy/Air Force, or equivalent service as a Class-I Gazetted Officer in the Police Force or Paramilitary Forces.
  • Enterprise Data Management Posts: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech, B.Sc./M.Sc., BCA/MCA or a related quantitative discipline, with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in data science, data profiling, data quality analysis, or BI and dashboard development.
  • Corporate Accounts and Taxation Posts: Chartered Accountant or ICWA for Manager/Senior Manager - Taxation and Accounts posts, with 2 to 5 years of relevant BFSI experience. For Chief Manager - Investor Relations, graduation in Economics or Commerce with a minimum of 8 years of experience in banking or reputed brokerage firms is required.

All educational qualifications must be from a university, institute or board recognised by the Government of India or approved regulatory bodies. Percentage of marks will be calculated as per the formula prescribed by the university or board; where CGPA is awarded, it must be converted to percentage in the online application.

Nationality

A candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of settling permanently, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India, subject to production of the necessary eligibility certificate from the Government of India where applicable.

Age Limit and Relaxation

The minimum and maximum age limits are specified separately for each of the 22 posts (as on 01.08.2026), ranging from 23 years to 43 years depending on the grade and position. Age relaxation is available as under wherever reservation roster points apply to a post.

Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge sections will be available bilingually in English and Hindi, while the English Language section will be in English only. Sections 1, 2 and 3 are qualifying in nature. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer, while unattempted questions carry no penalty.

Candidates who qualify the online test, where conducted, will be shortlisted for a psychometric test and/or personal interview. The minimum qualifying marks for the interview stage are 60 percent for General and EWS category candidates and 55 percent for candidates from other reserved categories.

Probation and Service Bond

Selected candidates will be on probation for 12 months from the date of joining. Officers recruited in JMG/S-I must serve the bank for a minimum of 3 years or pay an amount equivalent to three months' gross salary, subject to a maximum of Rs.2 lakh, in case they leave before completing three years. Officers recruited in MMG/S-II, MMG/S-III or SMG/S-IV are subject to a similar 3-year service bond, with the payable amount capped at Rs.3 lakh.
