Application Fee

Age Limit
The maximum age for Manager posts is 32 years, and for Junior Executive posts it is 27 years, both reckoned as on 07.09.2026. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 10 years for PwBD candidates with permanent disability, 5 years for ex-servicemen, and up to 10 years for candidates already in regular AAI service who have completed probation.
Pay Scale
Manager posts fall under Group A, E-3 level, with a pay scale of Rs.60000 to Rs.180000 (IDA) and an approximate annual CTC of Rs.21 lakhs. Junior Executive posts fall under Group B, E-1 level, with a pay scale of Rs.40000 to Rs.140000 (IDA) and an approximate annual CTC of Rs.14 lakhs. In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will get Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35 percent of basic pay, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, and medical benefits as per AAI rules.
Selection Process
All posts will be filled through a Computer Based Test (Objective Type) with no negative marking. Based on performance in this test, candidates will be shortlisted for Application Verification and subsequent tests as applicable.
- Post Codes 1 to 11 (all Manager posts) also include an Interview after Application Verification.
- Manager (Fire Services) additionally requires a Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test covering running, casualty carrying, pole climbing, rope climbing, and ladder climbing, before the interview.
- Manager (Airport Operations) and Junior Executive (Airport Operations) require a valid Light Motor Vehicle License; temporary or learning licenses are not accepted.
- Colour blindness or night blindness is a rejection criterion for all posts except Manager (Finance) and Junior Executive (Finance).
