Who Can Fill the Mains Form?

Only candidates who have been declared qualified in the Preliminary Examination 2025 under Advertisement No. A-5/E-1/2025 for the subjects of Hindi, Maths, Social Science, or Physical Education are eligible to submit the Mains Online Form. No other candidate is eligible for this form.

How to Fill UPPSC LT Grade Teacher Mains Online Form 2026

Follow these steps carefully to complete the UPPSC LT Grade Teacher Mains Online Application 2026:

1. Visit the official UPPSC website at uppsc.up.nic.in and click on the link Fill online details for Advt. NO. A-5/E-1/2025, Assistant Teacher, Trained Graduate Grade (Male/Female Branch) (Mains) Exam-2025 on the Home Page.
2. Click on Click here to Authenticate and enter your OTR Number along with your Password or OTP to complete the authentication process.
3. After successful authentication, the Applicant Dashboard will appear on the screen. Click on Check Latest Status for the relevant post and then click on Proceed for fee Deposition.
4. The Fee Payment page via SBI MOPS will open. Pay using SBI or any of the 55 partner banks via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI through the Buddy app. You can also pay in cash by printing the SBI e-challan.
5. Fill all online details carefully at each step and click SAVE after each step. Fill in your Subject or Post Preference (Adhimanyta). Upload mandatory PDF documents including marksheets for each year, degree certificates, and all supporting claim documents. Each PDF file size must not exceed 2048 KB (2 MB).
6. Complete and SAVE or SUBMIT the form by 17 April 2026. After online submission, print the application form and preference form, attach self-attested copies of all documents, and send it by registered post or submit in person at the UPPSC office (Gate No. 3, Examination-06 Department), 10, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Prayagraj, Pin Code 211018 before 24 April 2026 by 5:00 PM.
