| Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent examination. | |
| SKILL TEST | |
| DEO/ DEO Grade 'A' | Data Entry Speed of 8000 Key Depressions per hour on Computer in 15 minutes. |
| TYPING TEST | |
| LDC/ JSA | Typing test given in either English (35 w.p.m correspond to about 10500 key depressions per hour) or Hindi (30 w.p.m correspond to about 9000 key depressions per hour). |
