- DVP – Secretarial Section: UG/PG in regular stream + Qualified ACS (Associate Member of ICSI). Membership of ICSI is mandatory.
- Global NRI Centre Head: Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university.
- Deputy CFO: Chartered Accountant (CA) by qualification.
- Law Officer: BL / ML or equivalent law degree.
- Branch Head: Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university.
- Specialist Officer – IT (Technical Executive / Lead Systems): ME / MTech in CS / IT / MCA or equivalent.
- Specialist Officer – IT (Software Engineer – Lead API Developer / Software Developer): BE / BTech in CS / IT / MCA or equivalent.
- Data Scientist: Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science / CS / Statistics or related field.
- Statistician: Master's degree or PhD in Statistics / Mathematics or related field.
- Oracle HCM roles: BE / BTech in CS / IT / MCA or equivalent with relevant experience in specified Oracle modules.
- Retail Assets / Trade Finance Vertical Head: Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements
- DVP – Secretarial Section: Minimum 4 years' experience as Company Secretary in a Bank or Listed Company.
- Global NRI Centre Head: 10 years in banking with NRI business handling; 5 years in supervisory/managerial cadre.
- Deputy CFO: 10 years in financial operations, preferably in Banks / Large Corporates / PSUs / FIs.
- Law Officer: 4 years Bar experience OR 2 years as officer in legal department of a Bank / FI.
- Branch Head (Manager cadre): Minimum 5 years in banking as Assistant Manager or above.
- Branch Head (Senior Manager cadre): Minimum 8 years in banking including 4 years in managerial cadre.
- Branch Head (AVP cadre): Minimum 10 years in banking including 6 years in managerial cadre.
- IT – Technical Executive: Minimum 12 years in Banking / FinTech with software development and team leadership experience.
- IT – Lead API Developer: 7 years in software development; 5 years leading development teams in banking/fintech.
- IT – Software Developer (Manager): 8 years in Banking/FinTech with 3+ years leading development teams.
- Retail Assets / Trade Finance Vertical Head: 10 years in Banking/NBFC with 5 years in supervisory/managerial cadre.
- Product Specialist – Trade Finance: At least 3 years in handling Trade Finance business.
- Senior Relationship Manager: 5 years in loans/MSME sourcing with 3 years as Relationship Manager.
Selection Process
