Selected officers are eligible for Performance Linked Pay and an annual increment based on the performance rating measured as per the Bank's policy. The contract period is 5 years, renewable for another 4 years at the discretion of the Bank. Either side can end the contract by giving two months notice, or by payment or surrender of two months compensation in lieu of notice. Officers engaged on contract are entitled to 30 days of leave during the financial year, granted for genuine and appropriate reasons.
Selection Process
The selection process has three stages: shortlisting, interview and CTC negotiation.
- Shortlisting: Merely fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience does not entitle a candidate to an interview call. The shortlisting committee decides the parameters and calls an adequate number of candidates.
- Interview: The interview may be conducted in person, over telephone or by video, and carries 100 marks. The qualifying marks are decided by the Bank, and no correspondence will be entertained on this.
