- In addition to basic pay, allowances and other perks as per NHIDCL rules are provided.
- Selected candidates will undergo a two-year probation period, extendable by maximum two years (one year at a time).
- Selected candidates must furnish a Non-transferable Service Bond of Rs. 5 Lakhs valid for two years on Non-Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- before joining.
Selection Process – NHIDCL Deputy Manager Technical Recruitment 2026
- Candidates will be selected based on the best GATE score in Civil Engineering obtained in any of the years 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Candidates must provide the best of the GATE scores obtained in any of these three years in the online application form.
- Tie-Breaking: Candidates with equal GATE scores will be selected in chronological order of dates of birth (oldest first). If dates of birth are also the same, selection will be in alphabetical order of first names as they appear in the Class 10 certificate.
