Selection Process

• Contract appointment will be for an initial period of 1 year, renewable as per need and performance evaluation.
• Either party (employer or employee) can terminate the contract with one month's notice or by paying one month's salary in lieu.
• The contractual employee will not be eligible for government accommodation.
• Travel allowance will be applicable similar to an equivalent permanent post employee.
• Within 7 days of joining, the appointee must submit a medical fitness certificate from the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the concerned district.
• The appointed employee must not share any official/confidential information with any other person or department without prior approval of the competent authority.
• Working simultaneously in any other institution or engaging in any business during the contract period is strictly prohibited.
• MP Civil Service Rules will apply to the contractual employee.
• If an employee remains absent without intimation for more than 1 month, the contract will be treated as automatically terminated from the date of such absence.
• Posts are being filled revenue court-wise and are non-transferable.
