Selection Process – MCL Recruitment 2026
The selection methodology will comprise of Computer Based Test (CBT) only. No personal interview will be held. Key points of the selection process:
- Candidates will be provisionally called for CBT based on their self-declared eligibility.

- Asst. Foreman (Electrical) (E&M): Further career growth to T&S Gr-B and onwards is subject to acquisition of Electrical Supervisorship Certificate of Competency valid for Mines as per the Cadre Scheme.
- Technician (Electrician) (E&M): Trainees in Cat-III will be regularized as Electrician, Cat-IV after successful completion of one year training in E&M cadre and possession of valid minimum requisite Electrician Statutory permit/certificate.
