IAF Airmen Selection Process
This recruitment follows a three phase Selection Process, and every candidate must qualify each stage before moving to the next.
Phase-I: Online Test
The Phase-I Online Test is objective type, bilingual in English and Hindi except for the English paper, and lasts 45 minutes. It covers English as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning and General Awareness.
