Candidates who already qualified the CET written examination for Group D posts held on 12 January 2024, which remains valid until 11 January 2027, will have their marks out of a maximum of 95 converted into a percentage for preparing the combined merit list along with new CET qualified candidates.

Provisions For Persons With Benchmark Disabilities
The Commission has provided the following facilities for eligible candidates with benchmark disabilities, as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
- Candidates with blindness, locomotor disability of both arms, or cerebral palsy can avail a scribe without submitting a physical limitation certificate.
- Other categories of benchmark disabilities can avail a scribe upon submitting a certificate from a Government Medical Officer confirming the need for a scribe.
- A compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination is provided, which adds up to 35 extra minutes for the full exam.
- The scribe must have a qualification up to Matriculation only and must not be a candidate in the same examination.

HSSC CET Group D 2026 Selection Process
For Group D posts, selection and recommendation of candidates is based entirely on CET marks. There is no separate skill or written examination beyond the CET itself. Once actual Group D posts are advertised in future, the Commission will invite willingness or consent electronically from eligible candidates based on the CET merit list, using their Registration Number. The CET marks of a candidate remain valid for a period of three years from the date of declaration of result.
