Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Junior Executive (Engineering): 3-year Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum 55% aggregate; relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD. No allied disciplines other than those explicitly listed are allowed. Candidates with B.Tech/BE are not eligible.
- Junior Executive (Accounts): Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD) AND Inter CA / Inter CMA qualification. Candidates who have passed the Final CA/CMA examination are NOT eligible.
- Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities): Bachelor's degree in B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM with minimum 55% aggregate (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Diploma/Certification in Retail, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable.
- Secretary BPCL: Bachelor's degree (3-year course) with minimum 55% (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD) AND Class XII with minimum 55% AND Class X with minimum 55% from recognized institutes. A Diploma/Certification in Secretarial Practice/Office Management of at least 6 months is desirable.
- Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc (Chemistry) with specialization in Chemistry / Organic / Physical / Inorganic / Analytical / Polymer Chemistry from a recognized University. Minimum 60% aggregate (relaxed to 55% for SC/ST/PwBD). No allied disciplines allowed.
- Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation): Master's degree in Hindi (2-year course) with minimum 55% aggregate (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD). The candidate must have studied English as a subject in Class XII or Graduation with minimum 55%.
Work Experience (as on 01.04.2026)
- Junior Executive (Engineering): Minimum 5 years of continuous post-qualification relevant work experience, including minimum 1 year in a managerial/supervisory role, in specified Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure organizations within India. The candidate must currently be employed in a managerial/supervisory role. A gap of up to 3 months is permissible.
- Junior Executive (Accounts): Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance functions such as Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Cost Accounting, or Auditing. Experience obtained after declaration of CA(Inter)/CMA(Inter) result only will be counted. Articleship/practical training will not be counted.
- Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities): Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in Facility Management, QSR, Food & Beverage Chains, Retail Store Operations, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Mall Facility Management.
- Secretary BPCL: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Secretarial Assistant, Secretary, or similar roles. An experience summary on official letterhead is required if shortlisted.
- Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): Minimum 3 years of post-qualification laboratory experience in Petroleum / Oil & Gas / Petro-Chemical / any chemical industry.
- Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation): Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in English-to-Hindi translation and vice-versa. Candidates must be fully conversant with the implementation of the Official Language policy of the Government of India.
