Selection Process - MPESB Group 5 Recruitment 2026

The selection process for MPESB Group 5 is as follows:

• Step 1 - Online Written Examination: Candidates appear for a computer-based objective type test of 100 marks for 2 hours.
• Step 2 - Merit List: Based on normalized percentile scores, MPESB prepares a merit list. The merit list will remain valid for 1 year from the date of result declaration or until a new exam result is declared, whichever is earlier.
• Step 3 - Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification by the concerned department (not MPESB). Educational, technical, and professional qualification certificates are verified.
• Step 4 - Appointment: Appointment orders are issued by the respective department within 3 months of the merit list being released.
