SSC CPO SI 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent is mandatory. For Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, a valid driving license for LMV (motorcycle & car) is required for male candidates.

Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025)

The candidate must be between 20 to 25 years (born not earlier than 02.08.2000 and not later than 01.08.2005). Age relaxations apply:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• Ex-Servicemen: 3 years (after deduction of military service)
• Departmental Candidates (Delhi Police): up to 30 years (UR/EWS), 33 years (OBC), 35 years (SC/ST)
