Officer Scale II — Specialist Officers (Single Level Objective)

Specialist officer tests vary by specialty (IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture). Typically include domain knowledge, reasoning/awareness, English/Language and computer awareness sections. Please refer to the notification for exact split per specialist post.

Officer Scale III (Single Level Objective)

Single level objective test with higher difficulty and subject-matter emphasis; candidates may be shortlisted for interview where applicable. The exact paper structure and duration are published in the information handout.

How To Apply — Step By Step

  1. Visit the official IBPS website and open the CRP RRBs XIV application link.
  2. Read the full notification and Annexures carefully before starting the application.
  3. Click “New Registration” and provide the required basic details to obtain provisional credentials.
  4. Login and complete the application form with personal, educational and category details.
  5. Select post(s) and RRB preferences. Apply separately for Office Assistant and for Officers (only one officer post per application).
  6. Upload scanned photograph, signature and other required certificates in prescribed format and size.
  7. Pay the application fee online and retain the transaction details.
  8. Submit and download the confirmation / acknowledgement for future reference.
